Commercial Address details such as Shop, Road, building and Block numbers

 

 

Required Documents

  • Haji SRF.

  • Official power of attorney.

    Note: In this application, if the client dose not provide his ekey, a power of attorney must be provided to enable the applicant to submit the application.

  • Board resolution for BSC & BSC (closed) or Director/Directors’ Resolution (for W.L.L. companies) or partners’ meeting minutes (for partnership and a simple commendite company & Commandite by Shares Company approving the Commercial address change. *

  • Copy of lease agreement or proof of property ownership
    * Not required for individual establishment.

  • Up to 9 working days as per MOIC SLA , in additional to the SLA of the license entity involve to license the commercial activities. Please refer to the activity description page for total duration.
